  • Is there an age limit for children?

    Our lessons are targeted for children aged 3 to 12, but feel free to consult us if your child falls outside this range.

  • Can I choose the teacher?

    Yes, you can select a teacher from our "Instructor Introduction" page and request them.

  • I'm concerned about my internet connection.

    Lessons can be conducted wirelessly, but we recommend a wired connection for stability. If you're concerned about your internet setup, we offer a pre-lesson connection check.

  • Can I choose the lesson time despite the time difference?

    Yes, lessons can be scheduled according to your preferred day and time, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM Japan time.

  • Is it possible to change the teacher midway?

    Yes, you can. Please contact our staff for assistance.

  • What if I can't attend a scheduled lesson?

    You can reschedule if you notify us at least 24 hours before the lesson start time.

  • Can I cancel a lesson?

    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged an extra fee. However, during the first two months after enrollment, you can reschedule without a cancellation fee.

  • What should I do for urgent communications?

    You can communicate with your instructor using the messaging feature on your My Page.

  • Is piano the only instrument available for lessons?

    Currently, we only offer piano lessons, but feel free to consult us for other instruments.

  • How do I pay the monthly fee?

    Payments are made via credit card.

  • Can I take long term vacation?

    Yes, you can take a long term vacation without any charge, from a minimum of one month up to a maximum of one year, as many times as you need.

  • Is it okay if it's my first music lesson?

    Absolutely! Our lessons are catered to student's level. Beginners can learn at their own pace, and those who wish to progress quickly can do so.

  • Can I take lessons if I don't have an instrument?

    Please consult with our staff.
