The Trial Lessons Flow

1. 

   Apply for a Trial Lesson

   We offer a free 30-minute trial lesson for first-time users. Please apply using the trial lesson application form below and we will arrange an instructor for you. 

   Trial Lesson Application

   *Limited to one free trial lesson per family. Additional trials are available for additional cost.
   *No instrument? No problem! You can still participate in the trial lesson.

2. 

   Confirmation of Trial Lesson

   We will inform you about the trial lesson details via email, including the instructor's profile, lesson flow, and My Page login information. On My Page, you can check your trial lesson details and message the instructor. 
   
   If you do not receive a response within 5 days, please contact OTOIRO＋.

3. 

   ZOOM Test

   We use ZOOM for lessons. If you're new to ZOOM or want to check your network and streaming quality, we offer a ZOOM test with OTOIRO＋ staff. Please request this when applying for the trial lesson or contact OTOIRO＋ staff. 

4. 

   Enjoy Your Trial Lesson

   Experience a 30-minute OTOIRO＋ online music lesson!

5. 

   Joining OTOIRO＋

   After the trial lesson, we will guide you through the membership process. Please complete the membership procedures and make the payment before your first lesson. Payment is via credit card.
